Building Guarantee / Latent Defects / Surveyors
We are retained by Insurers and Developers in relation to the investigation of latent defect claims from first notification through to the management of the remedial works by approved Contractors.
Investigations are undertaken by our in-house chartered surveyors based at our offices which provide national coverage.
