We are able to tailor our claims management to meet the client’s individual requirements, whether this be by direct inputting of new claims and/or information from field staff entering information on their intranet connection, or by acting as the first point of contact for policy holders.
Our IT software systems known as “Job Tracker” and “Client Claims Tracker” enable our clients to obtain an immediate view of the progress of each case remotely and in real time. Knowles Managed Systems are the preferred choice to National Utilities.
We are also able to provide through our national network of contractors a direct repair and/or reinstatement facility.
