Rod has been an Insurance Professional for over 30 years and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
He worked for one of the major General Insurers as a Claims Inspector, before moving to a specialist Liability Insurer where he became the Branch Superintendent.
Rod moved into Adjusting with a specialist Liability Adjuster about 9 years ago as a Senior Adjuster and then Manager of their Professional Indemnity Unit.
He then moved to Knowles and has held his present position since April 2002.
Rod’s expertise is in Employer’s Liability, Public Liability (including Products) and Professional Indemnity (including Architects, Surveyors, Engineers, Solicitors, Insurance Brokers, and Opticians), although he is also familiar with Property and Motor claims.
