Richard is 58 years of age and has been part of the Knowles team for the last 12 years.
Upon leaving university with a degree in chemistry he initially worked for a major composite insurer before entering loss adjusting in 1975. He has subsequently worked in loss adjusting, both in the UK and overseas, for a period in excess of 30 years.
Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
He has considerable experience of handling both material damage and contractors all risk claims of various types and complexity.
