Gary Heywood ACII

Gary is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute and has worked in the Insurance industry for 29 years.
Gary commenced employment in the late 1970’s as a Claims Handler for major insurance companies until 1982.
He joined a national Loss Adjusters as a General Adjuster, handling all types of property, car and liability losses, including a spell in the Middle East.
In 1987 he returned to a major insurance company as a Claims Inspector, handling all types of liability claims, primarily Employers Liability/Public Liability, with an authority of £100,000.
He remained there until January 1997 when he joined another national Loss Adjusters as a Liability Adjuster, before being promoted to Liability Branch Manager in May 1997.
Gary then joined Knowles Loss Adjusters as Branch Manager in the North West, being promoted to Regional Director in August 2002.
Gary handles all types of liability claims including Employers Liability/Public Liability, but specialising in diseases, not only from an investigative view point, but also “cradle to grave”.
