Des joined Knowles in 2002 and has over 35 years liability and property claims experience gained in insurance claims and liability loss adjusting. He qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance institute in 1981 and has done a number of presentations to insurance institutes on liability claims topics.
He has worked throughout UK and Ireland holding a variety of positions including claims inspector, liability claims manager and senior liability adjuster. Des has extensive exerience of handling EL/PL and Products claims. Des has also carried out both liability and property risk surveys on a wide range of Industrial, Construction, Retail and Office risks.
