Andrew Dorling MCIOB

Andrew is 45 years of age and has been part of the Knowles team for the last 11 years. He has been working in loss adjusting for 16 years, having previously worked for an international loss adjusting firm. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Previously he has worked in private practice and in property and development having originally trained in architecture before becoming involved in mainstream building surveying.
Andrew has considerable knowledge of the construction process generally. He regularly produces Schedules of Dilapidations or Repair Specifications for Clients who use our Project Management Services coupled to our claims handling.
He has considerable experience in a wide range of claims including construction/engineering/JCT21.2.1 type claims together with plant, property and latent defects/building guarantees.
Andrew has also been instrumental in joint venture contracts with housing groups assisting them with insurance matters, their own uninsured claims, forward planning and property management.
