Knowles Loss Adjusters have in depth knowledge and expertise in all areas of Construction, Leisure, Sport and Professional Risks. With our construction background, we are also able to offer a fully comprehensive liability adjusting service from latent/patent defects through to design and build, together with the normal commercial fire and perils. We are instructed to investigate and case manage motor liability, fraud, theft and locus reporting for both Insurers and Solicitor clients.
Our Liability Division have a well respected reputation amongst the leading sport and leisure underwriters and also with self-insured Blue Chip companies.
Our Liability Division have also expanded their portfolio of business to include Malpractice and Disability Discrimination claims.
Throughout our development we have concentrated on the more complex and high value claims and losses and are retained by National Utilities for our in depth knowledge and experience in explosion/flood damage claims. We are currently dealing with several multi million pound losses on their behalf. Our Liability Division is also able to deal with catastrophe liability and class action claims.
We are able to service clients delegated authority or direct reporting requirements, providing a “one-stop” solution for their claims accounts and thus reducing their internal administration costs.
